Etna Rosso Barbazzale is a Mediterranean, fresh and mineral wine born on the slopes of the volcano at over 700 meters above sea level, vinified and aged only in steel. It gives off aromas of Mediterranean scrub, shrubs, blackberries and wild spices. On the palate it is energetic and vibrant, with heated minerality and freshness

90% Nerello Mascalese, 10% Nerello Cappuccio
Ideal with ethnic dishes, semi-mature cheeses or pasta alla Norma.
Visual: bright ruby red.
Olfactory: the nose gives aromatic aromas of raspberries, blackberries and wildflowers that intertwine with mineral nuances.
Taste: on the palate it is pleasantly fresh balanced by a good aromatic tannin.
