La Cambusa’s “Mediterranean” Paella draws inspiration from the renowned dish born in Valencia, where paella was traditionally cooked outdoors in large pans around which friends and families would gather. A dish rooted in tradition and conviviality, it reflects the Mediterranean spirit, where food has always been a moment of encounter and sharing. La Cambusa’s interpretation combines selected ingredients with an approach that reflects Sicily’s identity as a crossroads of cultures and flavours: a mixed meat-and-seafood paella that celebrates the value of togetherness and reaffirms this spirit every Friday evening.

The dish is paired with a glass of Syrah, a red wine known for its aromatic intensity and balanced structure. Paella Night is available every Friday evening at €20 per person, with a minimum of two guests. After 8:00 p.m., access to Piazza Marina is not subject to ZTL restrictions, making it easy to reach the restaurant by car.
