Bucatini with sardines and fennel is one of the main Sicilian dishes, more commonly called “pasta with sardines”. It is included in the list of traditional Italian food products (P.A.T.). The pasta with sardines from the Cambusa was defined by TasteAtlas “among the best in the world”.
