Siamo lieti di ospitare anche quest’anno l’associazione ONAV – Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori di Vino in occasione della cerimonia di consegna dei diplomi del XVIII corso ONAV di Palermo.

Il menu della serata prevede

Ostriche gratinate e insalata di mare

Risotto carneroli gamberi e scamorza affumicata

Busiate di pasta fresca triglie e finocchietto

Coda di rospo in guazzetto di cozze e vongole

Semifreddo al pistacchio

The menu for the evening includes

Oysters au gratin and seafood salad

Risotto with prawns and smoked cheese

Busiate fresh pasta mullet and fennel

Monkfish stew with mussels and clams

Pistachio parfait
