Disueri (Nero d’Avola ’18) –
Nero d’Avola Disueri di Cusumano is produced in the San Giacomo estate, in Butera, in the province of Caltanissetta. We are 400 meters above sea level and 10 kilometers from the sea. The soil is very white, almost blinding, full of trubes, very ancient geological formations surfacing in Sicily. The white rock, partly calcareous, partly clayey, mainly consists of carbonate microfossil shells. This feature, together with altitude and windiness, makes it an area particularly suited to the cultivation of Nero d’Avola.
