Cerasuolo di Vittoria ’15 –

Frappato and Nero d’Avola, two of the most important red berried grapes in all of Sicily, come together only in a wine produced in the Vittoria area and characterized by a great Mediterranean impetus: the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG. COS’s interpretation stands out for its elegance and generosity. It is a wine aged in oak barrels and in concrete tanks for at least two years after the harvest, already very good today, but at the same time capable of defying the years if well preserved in the cellar.
